0165(2)(c) During the visit on 3/14/24, it was observed that there were accessible electrical wires that could form a loop below both mounted TVs, behind the air purifiers, and in other areas. 0165(2)(d) During the visit on 3/21/24, it was observed that there was a bag of plastic bags hanging on the wall by the diaper station accessible to children. 0165(3)(a) During the visit on 3/21/24, it was observed that the knife drawer did not have a child lock. During the visit on 3/21/24, it was observed that there are two areas of the house siding in the yard that are cracked and sharp. It was also observed that the school-age room door has splintered wood near the door handle. It was also observed that there are sharp pricker bushes in the play yard. 0165(3)(d) During the visit on 3/21/24, it was observed that the chest freezer did not have a child safety lock. 0165(3)(f) During the visit on 3/21/24, it was observed that the cubbies and the tall grey plastic shelf were not attached to the wall. 0165(4)(c) During the visit on 3/21/24, it was observed that the bathroom fixture and the back room ceiling fixture do not have shatter proof bulbs. 0165(4)(f) During the visit on 3/14/24, it was observed that the stairs did not have the baby gate in place. 0165(4)(e) During the visit on 3/21/24, the bathroom sink water temperature was observed to be more than 120 degrees F on 3/21/24. 0165(5)(a) During the visit on 3/14/24, it was observed that accessible outlets in the back rooms had push-in covers which are not allowed per WAC; they need to either be replaced with Tamper Resistant outlets or covered with a blank plate that screws into the wall. 0165(5)(b) During the visit on 3/14/24, it was observed that the three outlets in the kitchenette area were not GFCI or Tamper Resistant. During the visit on 3/21/24, it was observed that the bathroom outlet was also not GFCI nor Tamper Resistant.
